Yup - Bai-Lindsays Cream Liqueur
PERSONALLY, I prefer a Vodka Base, but you can use Rye, BOURBON, or almost ANY of your fave rail boozes… though Tequila might be a little odd in my Bai-Lindsays Cream Liqueur..
WHAT YOU NEED
- 750 ml Vodka (or other booze of choice)
- 2 Cans Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1L Whipping Cream
- 1L Table Cream (higher the milk fat %, the creamier it’ll be)
- Vanilla Extract
- Almond Extract
- Nesquik Syrup
- a HUGE Bowl
- A mixing implement (STICK Blender FTW!)
- Bottles to put the Finished Product In
THE METHOD
- Dump all the cream, booze and sweetened condensed milk into the bowl and blend like crazy for about a minute.
- Add in 2 tsp each of almond extract and Vanilla.
- Add about 2 TBSP of chocolate syrup
- BLEND for 1 minute.
- TASTE TEST!
- Add extra flavouring agents as necessary (Some people prefer WAY more nesquik, some, more almond extract)
- Bottle it.
- Chill it.
- Serve it over ice, or in coffee, or in hot chocolate, or in a bowl because you’ve run out of mugs and cups and you’re too lazy to wash them all.
Personally, I like to toss it in a glass with some ice, splash a little milk in to thin it out a bit.
